Executive Chef Yosef Oldak Not a newcomer to the cooking industry, he has been pleasing palettes in various Five Star Pesach hotels over the last 15 years serving the most delectable dishes imaginable. Yosef is the owner and operator of Oldak Caterers, located in the Five Towns in N.Y. He caters elegant weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, dinners and weekend retreats. Yosef is also the chef at Yeshiva Toras Emes, and keeps himself busy in the summers as the executive chef and kitchen manager for Camp Dora Golding for Boys where he feeds over 800 people every day. Between his catering and camp experiences, Yosef is sure to please every one in your family. (Just make sure to leave your scale at home and pack a bigger belt!)
Yosef has worked closely with Michael (a chef himself) to plan each day's menu carefully to include every possible choice of delicacies such as lamb, veal, Prime rib, duck, fresh fish, and of course chicken. The side dishes will be so delicious and varied you won't even remember it's Pesach (let alone non gebrokts!)
Tea room The tea room will be open and stocked 24 hours a day. There will be a variety of hot & cold drinks, cakes, cookies, pastries, fresh fruit & more. On evenings when dinner will be late (i.e. Erev Yom Tov), we will serve the kids a hot meal late in the afternoon to tide them over. We will also be featuring an afternoon ice cream bar (with homemade pareve ice cream on fleishig lunch days), and a late night Viennese or buffet every night except Seder nights.
Wine & Spirits Of course we will have the standard Concord Grape & Cream Malaga, however if your palate desires something more exotic you will definitely find it here. We will be providing such favorites as Muscato D'asti, Chateneuf, Pinot Grigio, Zinfandel, Cabernet Merlot, Rashi Claret & a host of others including a full Baron Herzog assortment. In addition to the wines, the kiddushim will be fully stocked with Kosher L'Pesach Liqueurs, Cognac, Brandy & Schnapps. If you have a preference whether it be for the seder, kiddush, or just for dinner please let us know and we will try to provide it for you.
