Meat Chef
Chef Tzvi Rudin
Chef Tzvi Rudin has been cooking for over two decades. Formally trained at the Jerusalem Kosher Culinary Academy in Israel, he has cooked for Pesach for many years, both as a private chef and for large upscale Pesach programs. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife and five boys. In his spare time, Tzvi volunteers for Hatzolah and Chaveirim.

Chef David Ben-Hamu
Born and raised in Netivot, Israel, Chef David Ben-Hamu's culinary roots trace back to his grandmother's kitchen, where she cooked for a very large household. Formally trained but career-built on experience, Chef David is well versed in American classics, Israeli cuisine, Chinese, Indian, and Mexican/Spanish fare. At our program he will be preparing an array of fish, Pesach pasta, vegetables, and a huge oversized salad bar. Known for running a tight ship, with a sense of humor that keeps the whole kitchen team at its best.

Rabbi Moshe Kaufman
Rabbi Moshe Kaufman is the Executive Director & Kashrus Administrator for KVH Kosher ~ Rabbinical Council of New England. He oversees the Kashrus of close to 50,000 products, over 1,200 companies, in more than 20 countries around the world. His Kashrus expertise spans many arenas including wine/grape juice, meat, beverages, baking and many others. He had the privilege of learning the intricacies of kashrus from many renowned kashrus experts including his father, Rabbi Shraga Kaufman, and Rabbi Avraham Juravel. Rabbi Kaufman studied at Yeshiva Bais Binyomin in Stamford, CT and at Yeshivas Ner Moshe in Eretz Yisrael. He received semichah from Yeshiva Bais Yosef-Novardok in 2014 and joined KVH Kosher in 2016, becoming Executive Director & Kashrus Administrator in 2017.

For 17 years, Rabbi Avraham Juravel זצ״ל was an integral part of the Pesach Time Tours family, serving as our beloved Mora D'Asra and Rav Hamachshir. His warmth, wisdom, guidance, and unwavering commitment to the highest standards of kashrus helped shape our program into what it is today. More than our Rav, he was a trusted friend and a cherished presence whose kindness and dedication touched our family and so many of our guests. Although he is deeply missed, we are honored to keep his memory as part of our program, and we will always be grateful for everything he did for us throughout the years. May his memory continue to be a Brocha, and may we carry forward the values and standards he helped instill in Pesach Time Tours.

A talmid of the yeshivos of Philadelphia, Lakewood, and Ponevezh, Rabbi Plotnik has been active in chinuch and rabbonus in Chicago and Detroit for over 30 years. He writes for Mishpacha and Hamodia and is a sought-after speaker, especially for parents navigating the yeshiva and shidduch systems. He currently serves as Mashgiach Ruchani at the Mesivta of West Bloomfield, Michigan.

Rabbi Joey Haber is a Rabbi and Speaker in the Syrian Sephardic community in Brooklyn. He learned in Staten Island for 7 years under Reb Reuvain Feinstein, followed by Brisk and then 10 years in Beit Medrash Gevohah in Lakewood. Today he is the Rav in Magen David Synagogue of Brooklyn, NY, the Rav in Beit Yosef of Deal, NJ, and a speaker in Shaare Zion Congregation on Ocean Parkway and many other venues worldwide.
